Compass Air Cargo Ltd. has been founded in October 2019 as an airline passenger and air cargo broker, consulting and investment company. 

The very first investment of Compass Air Cargo Ltd. in Bulgaria was to establish an EASA cargo air operator named Compass Cargo Airlines, which have commenced commercial operations within Europe. For the time being, the flights are performed by Boeing 737-800NG freighter. 

By the end of this year (2021) operations will be expanded with two additional freighters – B737-800NG and B747-400. The widebody aircraft will allow starting of operations between Far East and EU, EU and USA and vice versa. 

The vision of our journey is to expand the operations to 7xB737-800NGF, 3xB747F and 4xB767F.

In parallel Compass Air Cargo acts as a passenger and cargo broker o.b.o several airlines, as well consults air operators and MRO’s worldwide from European side and perspectives. 

Compass Air Cargo Ltd. is involved with the foundation of Compass Technic Ltd, an EASA Part 145 maintenance organization. On September 1st Compass Technic Ltd. will start with own main base at Sofia Airport, Bulgaria and as well several basis in Europe – e.g. in Copenhagen (Denmark), Barcelona (Spain), Cologne and Leipzig (Germany).

The members of management and shareholder team of Compass Air Cargo have more than 40 and 50 years of professional experience in the aviation industry.
